Merch orders ship Australia-wide from Queensland. We pack orders as they come in — expect tracked postage within 5–10 business days once your order is confirmed.

Delivery

• Tracked postage on standard orders.
• Delivery times vary by carrier and location (metro vs regional / remote).
• You’ll get tracking details by email when the parcel leaves us.

Event pickup

Where offered, local pickup at Campfest events will be noted at checkout or by email. Bring ID matching the order name.

Issues

Damaged or missing parcels — email info@camp-fest.com.au with your order details and photos if relevant. We’ll sort it.

Tickets for Campfest events are not sold through this store. They are sold externally via buytickets.at (Humanitix) and are not shipped as physical goods unless stated on that checkout.
