Change of mind returns: unused items in original condition may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Email us first to arrange the return and we’ll send you the return address. Buyer covers return postage unless we stuffed up.

Faulty or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@camp-fest.com.au. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Event tickets

Campfest event tickets are not sold through this store. They are sold externally via buytickets.at (Humanitix). Refunds and transfers follow that seller’s terms (see the checkout you used). Campfest Events cannot reverse a third-party ticket sale from this store.
